From the first meeting with Larry Meluso, the catering manager, to the moment we left for our honeymoon, everything that we experienced at Windows on the Water was ideal. Larry is the consummate professional – but even better, he’s a great guy who handled everything with kindness, care, and a fabulous attitude. It felt like we were part of the family. While we, of course, planned our own menu and discussed all the details with Larry, there were many things that I left up to him. He and his staff are so professional and concerned that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Every detail was perfect. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the facility is and how great the food was. Also, the service was beyond anything I could have expected. There was never a dirty dish, an empty glass, a need that went un-met. Cheryl, the maitre d’ was amazing – Larry and Cheryl even bustled my gown. They moved elements from the decor from the cocktail hour up to the ballroom without being asked and truly made us know that our wedding was important to them. Let’s face it – planning your wedding can be stressful. Windows on the Water made it a fun experience. I can’t say enough good things about them – from the food, to the venue, to the service, we couldn’t have asked for more!
